  • Delivery Process and time:
    • 2-5 days on Location
      • We know it is hard to wait for the product you so “love and want to wear,” especially once ordered. This is why the tracking code and the mode of delivery services used for the exclusive jackets, are of utmost priority. We deliver your favorites to you in the form of luxurious coats and jackets, within 2 to 5 working days in close proximity, and 12 to 15 days in locations afar.
  • Shipping Processes / Courier services & Late Delivery:
    • DHL, FED EX and SKY NET
    • Amount in question will be charged back to the card/account
      • We use the best to beat the rest! DHL, FED-EX and SKY NET are used to get your doorsteps filled with USjackets’ masterpieces! Faster the courier service, better the priority for you; we understand the urgency of online shopping needs these days and we got you covered. In case of latency experienced in the delivery process, just send us an email with the order details and we will arrange your amount back for you.
  • Tracking Details & Order Information:
    • Tracking information is available via email with every shipment using the tracking code given alongside the order
    • Mostly the confirmation email is received within 10-15 minutes of your order, but it takes an hour at max
      • Each order receives a unique code via email at the time of order and that is your delivery guide. The order confirmation and tracking code is sent to you via email, and if you do not receive the email, check your SPAM/JUNK mails.
  • Damaged/Defected Products:
    • Contact us via email or call, and our representative will mark your order urgently as damaged, telling you about the remaining process, easily
  • Gift Options & Shipping Locations:
    • By default, all items are marked as Gift Item, so as to reach you safely
    • Ship via Different Locations (incl. UK, USA, Canada, and Asian countries)
      • To save our customers from custom taxes, governmental red zones, and/or other import issues, we can mark your items as gifts to make sure no obligations are made at your local post offices. Please email us for further information regarding the process.
      • No matter which country you receive your product from, the quality is top-notch and only rigorously checked packages are sent forward. For our packages to reach you sooner, we ship from multiple different locations and countries.
